Hafil Al-Amean Bus Transportation
HAFIL Transportation Establishment; part of the Al-Naghi Group; is the largest transportation company in Saudi Arabia. HAFIL has about 6500 buses plus mobile workshops, winches, and ambulance cars, which increase the number of vehicles that HAFIL owns to about 8000 vehicles. In line with Al-Amean project, about 500,000 female students will be transported aboard 3,823 buses and 2,678 vehicles.

The Legends Mall
The Legends Mall is a 725,000 sq.ft shopping mall located in the Living Legends project. The design and space allocated for this mall are considered in the project’s final affection plan.
AQTAR’s role:
o Space, market, location analysis to determine the actual need for the project
o Optimize the space usage to benefit form access BUA for more profitable components
o Screening, negotiating and appointing the key retail and supermarket operators

The Building Material City is located on Madinah road south of Jeddah Airport. This 280,000m2 compound owned by Tanmiyat, hosts 290 specialized building material outlets, 10,000m2 commercial building and 22,000m2 4-Star hotel + serviced apartments.
